Job description (Applicant management)
When you select a job in the jobs overview, you go to the job's detail view. Here, if you click on the yellow pencil (
), you can edit all the details which describe the job. Under the heading "Internal Notes", you can attach internal documents and make a note of relevant people.
General information
- The logo is used as the fallback for all job markets if no logo has been specifically uploaded for the job market and under a particular language under Publication.
- The job number is an alphanumeric value and letters may also be used. Info.gif? However, sorting is, likewise, alphanumeric. So if you use numerals only and want to have them correctly sorted, you need to fill them in with zeros to a fixed number of characters at the front (e.g. 000001, 000002, 000023, 000123,...).
- The job title is displayed in internal job overviews and is not directly effective for job markets. So additional pieces can be added which are not intended for the applicants.
Requirements of applicants
In the empty fields "Education", "Work experience" and " Special skills and knowledge", you can enter what you expect from applicants. In the last field you can select the degree which is a requirement for the vacancy.
Competencies
HR expert
- The responsible HR expert will find the vacancy and its applicants under "My vacancies" and "My applications" - and through using search filters and the Search links on the main page. Their contact details are also pre-entered in the job advert and can be filled in using variables such as [Stellen.PBVorname], [Stellen.PBNachname], etc. in communication templates, e. g. letters and emails.
- All of the deputy HR experts find the vacancies and their applicants under "My vacancies as deputy".
Superior
- The responsible superior is the deciding partner for HR in selecting the applicant and their own access for line managers gives them access to all the jobs within their area of responsibility and all the applications that have been approved for those vacancies. In the line cockpit, depending on what has been activated, he can view, edit and approve the job content, and evaluate all the approved applications.
- The deputy superiors can access all the jobs and applicants that have been approved for the responsible superior, and they have the same rights on those profiles.
Example: [Stellen.LVGVorname],[Stellen.LVGNachname]
Branch office
A vacancy is always assigned to a branch office. Administrators and HR consultants with access to more than one branch office can assign a vacancy to another branch office whenever they wish. The assignment to a branch office determines all the branch office-specific elements such as certain system emails, template texts, data privacy statement, which are maintained in the branch office profile and the publication options and the visibility for HR consultants and recruiters (published vacancies only).
Committee members
- Assigned committee members, like superiors, have a separate access for committee members which gives them access to all their assigned vacancies and approved applications. When applications are being approved for committee members, the only people that can be selected are those that have been assigned to the vacancy. If the evaluation link is displayed the committee member can submit evaluations, otherwise it is a read access.
