Delete job

You delete a vacancy irrevocably , which means that the job and all the applications are deleted. You should only delete a job if it has been wrongly entered, is several years old and the data is no longer required for any reports, or similar.

If the vacancy should no longer be visible in the overview because, for example, it has been filled or rejected during the approval process, you can archive it and define your standard search with "Active positions only".

There are three ways to delete a job from the Umantis Applicant Management solution.

1. Multi-action for administrator users on the job overview table screen (/Recruiting/Vacancies)
2. Within the job description page (/Recruiting/Vacancies/ID/Description) via the "delete job" action.
