Settings for the job market
Configure job alert subscription email
In Umantis Applicant Management, under “Settings > Branch offices > Select branch office > Job board settingstab”, you can configure the emails that job alert subscribers receive if they have subscribed to jobs. There are four variables that can be integrated into the job alert subscription email. All four variables list all the jobs for which a subscription has been created. Depending on which variables you use, linked job titles, brief descriptions, hyperlinks etc. will either be displayed in the email or not.
By way of illustration, the four possible variables are listed below, each with the same job as an example:

Note: Note that HTML variables must be placed in the HTML input field. The “Message (HTML)” input field must first be enabled for display. The first two variables in the above list may only be used in the “normal text field” (i.e. they will not work in the HTML input field).
Alternative job boards
If no umantis job board is used, then the address of the job board being used (for each language) must always be entered, so that existing links - for example, in the applicant cockpit - can be redirected to that job board.
Note that when using alternative job boards, you cannot use job postings/descriptions from umantis, but only the application form.
