Behavioral criteria is the term given to the evaluation criteria that are used to assess behavior.

You can set up the behavioral criteria in the "Employee review meeting tab.

Agree behavioral criteria

To agree behavioral criteria, first click the year for which you wish to agree the behavioral criteria. There you can enter the behavioral criterion for the selected employee under "Create behavioral criterion".

Give the criterion a title (*mandatory field) and select the appropriate category. You have the option of adding a deadline. Then complete the description for it. You can also set a reminder for the employee (check the box). If you do not want this behavioral criterion to be visible to the employee, check the "Not visible to employee" box. This may be a good idea if.... We recommend that you check the box if .......

If you want to create other criteria, check the "Create another behavioral criterion" box and click "Save". The criterion is saved and you go to a new, empty window and can immediately create another criterion using the same method as above.

If criteria are remaining the same, you have the option of copying criteria from other employees or from previous years by clicking "Copy behavioral criterion from others or previous".

Under Actions, select "Agree" as soon as you have finished creating them and want to fix the behavioral criteria.
