Registration details

Selecting a participant in the Registrations tab (Events > registrations) will take you to the details of their participation. Two tabs are available here: "Registration" and "Communication". In the "Registration" tab, the most important information for the participant's event registration is displayed:

  • Participant
  • Event
Details
  • Status (e.g. "Unconfirmed internal registration")
  • Paid (Yes/No)
  • Participated (Yes/No)
Documents

You can upload documents relating to the registration here. If documents have been added, they are displayed here.

Registration questions for the participant

Information from the online course, e.g. points earned, is displayed here. The detailed answers to the registration questions and evaluation questions are also displayed.

Approval

This section is only displayed for events for which "Participation requires approval". You will find details on the approval process here, e.g.:

  • Current status ("Approval process is underway")
  • Participation must be approved by
  • Decisions
  • 1st decider
Email address
  • 2nd decider
Email address
...

The settings for approval can be modified in the event details. Available actions for event registrations requiring approval are presented below.

Assessment of lasting effectiveness

You can provide your assessment as to whether the event has had a lasting effect on the employee.

Actions

  • Assign participant to another event
  • Start approval process and send first email
  • Re-start approval process and send first email
  • Continue approval process and re-send next email
  • Enter decision
  • Create print preview
  • Delete registration

Start approval process

For events requiring approval, use the action "Start approval process and send first email" to start the approval process. You will then see detailed information about the approval:

  • Participation by: (Name)
  • In event: (Event title)
  • Participation must be approved by: (Free text)
Decider(s)

In the "Deciders" section, enter the email address(es) of the decider(s). The deciders will be notified one after the other in the form of a decision chain. The email addresses used must belong to the registered employees. You must specify at least one decider in order to continue with the approval process.

Click on "Save + send 1st email" to start the approval process.

The deciders will be informed of registrations in need of approval. They can access these registrations through the search link "Registrations requiring approval (number)" that they see on the Employee Management home page.

For registrations for which the approval process has already been started, the following actions are available:

  • Re-start approval process and send first email
  • Continue approval process and re-send next email

Enter decision

For registrations that require approval, and for which the approval process has been started, the deciders can make their approval decision by using the "Enter decision" action. They can choose between:

  • Approved
Participation is approved.
  • Not approved
Participation is not approved.
  • Not responsible
If a decider uses this option to indicate that they are "not responsible" for the approval, then the approval process will be canceled.
On the home page, the decider will then see an entry for the search link Approval process canceled.
  • Comment
Enter a comment about the decision.
  • Final decision
If you check this box, then any remaining deciders will be skipped and removed from the list of deciders. Your entry is thus considered as the final decision.

Applications

You can also use the Applications to learn more about this employee. In addition, administrators have the option of using the eight user-defined links to create additional actions.
