Forward application to line manager

Line managers with access data for umantis who have been assigned to this vacancy can then view this application and evaluate it. The same also applies to all the deputy line managers assigned. All of them can either edit the line's central evaluation or submit another evaluation.

At the same time as the application authorisation, you can send an email to the line managers and tell them about the new application. This is particularly helpful when line managers do not regularly log into umantis. The email is also cc'd to all the deputy line managers.

This action is found in the application overview. You can also see there, at any time, which applications have been authorised.

Note: If you send the email from a vacancy's applicant overview, only one email is triggered. In their cockpit, the line manager can see that they have more than one application to evaluate. If the email is triggered from the overall overview of all applications, the line manager is sent one mail for every application that is checked.
