Emails without assignment

Umantis enables you to click a button in Outlook and to automatically save in Umantis the emails that have been flagged. (You can read here about how to install, configure and set up the Outlook plugin.)

Who can see what here?
- HR experts (HR view)
- can see unassigned emails if their creator belongs or is assigned to the same branch
- Manager (/SelfServiceLine)
- unassigned emails are only displayed to the superior if they are the creator of the email themselves
- Administrators
- can see emails without assignment if their creator belongs or is assigned to the same branch
Important information:
- If an email under “Emails without assignment” has 'no creator, it is displayed to administrators and HR experts who have access to the main branch.
- The branch structure is taken into account, i.e. for example: If an HR expert has access to branch A and branch B is a subordinate branch of branch A, then the emails from branch B are also visible to the HR expert.
Deletion of obsolete data
A so-called Cronjob is regularly executed that deletes “Emails without assignment” that are older than 180 days - calculated from the creation date, not from the date on which the respective email was imported into Applicant Management.
