You can archive or reactivate one or more job. There are two ways of doing this:
- To file or activate a vacancy, click Vacancies in the "applicant management" module. On the left-hand side you will see the search function. Enter the name of the archived vacancy in the "Vacancy title starts with" field. Before you click "Search", you should make sure that the "Active positions only" box is not checked, so that the search also looks for archived jobs. When "Search" is clicked, the results appear in a tabular summary on the right-hand side. Now click the name of the archived job you want. You then come to this detailed view of the position. On the left-hand side, beneath the heading "Actions", you see the link "Reactivate job". When you click this, the job becomes active once more. When you clicked the link, it changed to "Archive vacancy" so that you can undo the reactivation or so that you can archive an active vacancy.
- To archive or activate more than one vacancy, use the multiple action in the jobs overview. Select the jobs that you wish to archive or reactivate and click "Archive vacancies" or "Activate vacancies".
Note that the status of the vacancy is not changed by the above actions.
