In applicant management, users can be deactivated. This is useful if someone, for example an administrator, leaves your company and their successor is being bedded in. It only takes a few clicks to transfer all of the jobs, tasks, rights, etc. which had been assigned to the old administrator to a different person. In this way, no tasks are overlooked or data lost.
You can reactivate users at any time.
